Terms of Use

Last updated: October 3, 2026 · Türkçe

Developer: Mustafa Enes Demirkaya

These Terms of Use apply in addition to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA"). By downloading or using Guidevi, you accept both the Standard EULA and these additional terms.

1. What Guidevi does — and doesn't do

Guidevi is a player app that hosts no content, recommends no content, and indexes no channel, stream, or playlist. It is only a client that connects to sources you add yourself (an M3U playlist or Xtream panel address) and to TV guide (XMLTV/EPG) addresses you provide.

  • No content ships with Guidevi; the app states this clearly on first launch ("This app does not provide content; only add sources you have the right to access.").
  • You are solely responsible for the legality, safety, and content of any source you add. Guidevi's developer is an independent software provider with no relationship to the provider or content of any source you add.
  • Guidevi does not, and will not, include recording/downloading, add-on or portal support, an embedded browser, or a shared source/playlist directory.

2. Subscriptions and purchases

  • Guidevi offers auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions, plus a one-time "Lifetime" purchase (current pricing and trial length are shown by Apple at the point of purchase).
  • Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged to your Apple Account within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Subscription management and cancellation happen through your Apple Account settings; Guidevi does not perform this itself.
  • An in-app help flow ("I purchased but don't see Premium") covers Restore Purchases, account/profile checks, Family Sharing, and support.
  • All products support Family Sharing; a purchase by one family member unlocks Premium for the whole group.

3. Limitation of liability

Guidevi is provided "as is." The developer is not responsible for the availability, legality, quality, or continuity of any source you add. Use of the app must comply with applicable local law and with the terms of the source you connect to.

4. Open-source components

Guidevi uses several open-source software components, including VLCKit (LGPL-2.1). Their license texts and source-code access information are shown in the in-app "Open Source Licenses" screen (see Open source).

5. Changes and contact

If these terms change, the current version is published here and in the app. For questions: support@guidevi.com.
